“Derrick Rose + Dwight Howard vs. Lebron James and Dwayne Wade”
According to Chris Sheridan of ESPN. The Chicago Bulls are eyeing Dwight Howard next season, they have the right pieces to offer Orlando in exchange for Dwight Howard. Possible trade scenario’s could include Joakim Noah, Carlos Boozer, Luol Deng, Omer Asik, Ronnie Brewer, CJ Watson and Taj Gibson. If the bulls can pull this off, Eastern Conference Finals could be more exciting.
“challenges the Miami Heat will face in the 2013 season and so on.”
Miami Heat won the 2012 NBA Championship but what is ahead of them this season and so on?
1. The Chicago Bulls
The bulls have a disappointing 2012 NBA Season, but with Derrick Rose now on is Rehab Program and getting Healthy Everyday and the Bulls are getting better every season. This team will be a big threat to Lebron James and the Miami Heat.
2. Oklahoma City Thunders
The Oklahoma City Thunder might lose the battle but they are young and got lots of talents in their roster, many believe including myself we will see Durant and Co. going back to the NBA Finals next season, now that they have the maturity and experience the thunder is one deadly title contender.
3. Los Angeles Lakers
Kobe Bryant is still hungry in getting his 6th NBA Title and we all know that the Lakers management is doing an offseason move which involves Pau Gasol, Ramon Sessions, Metta World Peace and Andrew Bynum. Maybe the Lakers will surprise as with their roster upgrade who knows they may land Deron Williams and Dwight Howard in the offseason.
4. New York Knicks
A “Clumsy” ball club according to Phil Jackson, Amare and Carmelo don’t mix. These are the problems New York is facing but disregard those problem this team has really lots of talent in their bench if Mike Woodson could make this team work together and Steve Nash expressing his feelings to play at the Big Apple they could be a big threat in the east for Lebron James and the Miami Heat.
5. Los Angeles Clippers
Lob City here we go with Chris Paul still in Los Angeles Clippers who knows what might happen this team has one hell of athleticism in their Roster with Blake Griffin, Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan leading the show, this guys could make it to NBA’s Biggest stage but with the right move this coming offseason specially if they could sign Ray Allen this will be one big title contender coming out on the east.
6. Indiana Pacers
Surprise!? Yeah Paul George and the Indiana Pacers are an additional threat for the King and Company in the Big East, If Indiana could maintain their core of George Hill, Paul George, David West and Roy Hibbert (they could trade Danny Granger for a legitimate veteran like paul pierce) this will be one uprising contender from the east but still the success of this team is base whether Roy Hibbert signs with them or go to another team.
Finally Lebron James got his first NBA Championship and NBA Finals MVP, a dominating win by the Miami Heat led by Lebron James racking up 26 points, 13 assists and 11 rebounds, Lebron earned his way into the ranks of the elites and finally adding NBA champion and Finals MVP in his resume. Coming from a bulls fan congratulations Miami Heat and Lebron James.
Miami Celebrates as Bill Russell hands Lebron his MVP Trophy
What’s next for the thunder? Kevin Durant gave a stellar performance against the Miami Heat which he earn his place to be back in the NBA Finals next season so what went wrong thunder? Russell Westbrook’s ball hogging game or James Harden disappearing in the NBA Finals. Experience in the NBA finals, is what OKC is missing maturity and experience. Maybe next season Durant and Company could probably have their championship but this time it belongs to the Miami Heat.
WHAT IF DERRICK ROSE AND THE CHICAGO BULLS ARE HEALTHY?
We all know the Derrick Rose and the Chicago Bulls are one big threat to Lebron James’ title hopes, What if the Rose and the bulls are healthy could it be a difference maker for the NBA Finals. Derrick Rose has been bugged by injury all through out the Lockout Season and ending his season with a Tear ACL in the playoffs and crushing Chicago’s championship hopes down the drain. If Derrick Rose is healthy he could give Miami Heat a real hard time going to that NBA Finals but we will see this coming season if Derrick Rose and the Chicago Bulls can turn the tides down and shifting the momentum back on Chicago.
Just WOW! Oklahoma City beating the Los Angeles Lakers and the San Antonio Spurs to of the top team in the Western Conference fell to Durant-Westbrook and Co. and now they are having a hard time with miam heat, who rely on their 3 best player, no depth at the center position, point guard and no reliable scoring options off the bench just wow this just really annoying. Boston vs Miami is more exciting to watch than today’s NBA Finals.
Well honestly Lebron James will finally have his first ring and first championship so in advance congratulations Lebron (coming from a bulls fan).
Now for OKC here comes the blame game, who is it to blame? Kevin Durant not getting enough touches, James Harden poor plays? or Rusell Westbrook’s ball hogging game, I cannot conclude to this one yet after Game 5 this Thursday. Concluding this article NBA Finals is just not really that exciting this Season.
Heat did it again in game 3 of the NBA finals, another stellar performance for LeBron the series leads to 2-1 and the series is not over yet, many question still arise does he have the confidence to carry Miami all the way to meet Obama at the White House carrying is NBA Championship trophy.
“is the clippers looking good? do blake griffin needs to do more than dunking?”
Blake Griffin is one hell of a player his athleticism is off the chart but Mr. Griffin really need to work on Defense if they want to extend their post-season run. I am not saying he is not a defensive player but he needs to focus on that more, besides they are lucky to have chris paul to orchestrate their offense. Griffin needs to work on his post skills and perimeter shooting. 6’10 Lebron James? hahaha not bad right? well I am looking at the clippers to be dominant next season, if they sign chris paul to an extension and nick young and deandre jordan developed to be a more complete player and the major factor is Blake Griffin upgrade his Defense. it is going to be one hell of a 2013 season?
” some of the kobe fans is going to hate for me this”
here it goes, let’s go to the wild wild west, in this conference this is like a slot machine you’ll never know, what might happen, because the amount of talent the teams in the west have, but in this article let’s focus on the lakers. well everybody says that kobe don’t like to pass the rock, okay first the offense of the lakers focuses on kobe bryant, that’s a no brainer but for able to the lakers to win, Coach Brown and Kobe need to utilize Andrew Bynum. To tell you the truth kobe, bynum is the main ingredient for your 6th ring and add a little dash of ramon sessions and keep pau gasol on the side dish and it is going to be one hell of a meal, with all the Dwight Drama, Bynum is beginning to be one of the dominant center in the NBA, and he showed it last night against the nuggets, but still i think this one of the best matchup for the lakers, the nuggets need to only let lawson and faried play on a high level to match kobe and co. But the truth is kobe needs bynum to get his 6th ring.
This is a change of scenery for the nba playoffs! I was watching game 1 of the bulls vs 76ers, I was so excited to see Derrick Rose back on the hardwood after months of being sideline with an ankle, back and groin injury, but this one really shock the NBA universe! Chicago’s title hopes goes down the drain to see rose limp and down on the court. Actually I was amazed to see him play at an MVP type level, can’t argue that when Rose is on the floor, chicago’s offense flows like water.Almost posting a triple-double in the last few minutes of the 4th quarter, chicago’s world has turned upside-down, time stopped and emotions burst, as you see your star fall down on the hardwood. I was shocked and saddened to see Derrick Rose limpin but like Coach Thibodeau said “it happens, it happens”.
It’s good to see Derrick Rose was able to walk after the injury, compared to (no pun intended) Iman Shumpert’s injury which his teammates need to carry him literally. Well coming to the post season, derrick rose is not a 100% basketball player due to his past injury, but respect to the guy, he gave his best to beat the 76ers and play at his best.
On the jackasses who think Tom Thibodeau should have sit him in the final minutes, well think twice. it is only a 12 point lead , lou williams, jrue holiday and andrei igoudala are on the floor. Remembers T-Macs 12 points in just less than a minute. that could happen, Coach Tom just want to finish it strong with his best guys on the floor making it sure that they take the win.Want to argue ask the memphis grizzlies and let them tell you the story of the great comeback of L.A. Clippers. It’s just tough that the win pay off with a high price and that is losing Derrick Rose.
Get Well soon D-Rose! Next Season Bulls will trample the EAST CONFERENCE!
